A new roof top garden as part of Grosvenor’s Liverpool One redevelopment, sited in the heart of Liverpool. An open communal area is created in the centre of Paradise Street where residents can enjoy a rooftop panorama amidst the busy bustle of the city centre below.
Opening up the roof area enables resident’s direct access from homes on the 1st and 2nd floors. The gardens have high quality seats, lighting, bicycle storage and planting. The restrained materials palette with green and black slate paving juxtaposed with Corten benches and bespoke planters with black pebble surrounds. The planting is chosen for foliage and durability and native planting attracts insects and birds to the centre of the city.
