Polyanka is one of the oldest districts in Moscow and is located near to the Kremlin.  Polyanka is a proposed development of new and historic buildings to create seven storey villas enclosing a large garden courtyard.

Working with John McAslan architects on a historic house project which  is set on the edge of  Polyanka 44,  the house has been renovated into a marketing suite  for the new development.

The approach to the House creates a setting of a romantic garden under mature existing trees.
