The creation of a new public square hosting the landing of a 24hr entrance bridge to the Custom House DLR, and transport interchange for the Crossrail Elizabeth Line (Station C520).

Urban realm enhancements include tree planting, cycle parking, wayfinding and improved lighting. A new planting area allows for infiltration of surface water run off and provides a green frame to enhance the setting by screening an existing building and associated ventilation structures.
